Key Services & What We Do

How We Handle Your University & College Application Process

Step One: Student Inquiry / Walk-Ins

We take the time to understand you — your personal background, academic history, work experience, family situation, financial capacity, and long-term career goals.

Step Two: Profile Assessment / Document Verification

We assess your profile based on your academic, professional, and personal background. Our experienced education counsellors provide tailored advice on suitable colleges/universities and course options. We also assist you with the document verification process to ensure a smooth application journey.

Step Three: Application Process

Once your documents are certified, our education counsellors initiate the application process with your chosen college or university to obtain the offer letter. The processing time may vary depending on the institution — some offer letters may be issued on the same day, while others may take a few days or weeks.

Step Four: Genuine Student Requirement (GSR) Process

After receiving your offer letter from the college or university, we will request the necessary documents to meet the Genuine Student Requirement (GSR). These documents are determined based on the institution’s and country’s risk assessment level and typically include financial evidence (such as proof of funds, bank statements, property evaluations, and sponsor documents) along with any additional items specified in your offer letter conditions.

Once we receive your GSR documents, we submit them to the institution for review. If the college or university is satisfied with your submission, they will issue an unconditional offer letter and request payment of the initial tuition fee.

Step Five: Payment and COE Request

Upon receiving your unconditional offer letter, we will guide you to make the required payments — including the initial tuition fee, enrolment fee, and any applicable administrative charges — directly to the college or university. Once the payment is processed, the institution will issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

Step Six: Student Visa Preparation and Lodgement

Once your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) is received, our education counsellors work closely with our in-house Registered Migration Agents to prepare your student visa application. Our migration agents will guide you through each step of the process, ensuring all required documents are accurately prepared and the visa application is lodged efficiently.

Step Seven: Visa Decision from Department of Home Affairs

The Department of Home Affairs (DHA) will assess your visa application and supporting documents. The processing time varies depending on the complexity, completeness, and individual circumstances of each application. You may check the current processing times here: Global Visa Processing Times.

Once our Registered Migration Agents receive the outcome from the DHA, they will promptly contact you to inform you of the result of your visa application.

Step Eight: Pre-Departure and Post-Arrival Briefing

Once you receive a student visa to Australia; before departure, students receive comprehensive guidance covering essential travel documents, a checklist of pre-arrival tasks, contact details for our Australian offices in case of emergencies, and a list of important items to bring. This ensures students are well-prepared and organized for a smooth journey and transition to Australia. Upon arrival, students attend a detailed orientation session that covers Australian values, culture, accommodation options, transport systems, lifestyle, and practical tips for settling in. The session also includes a motivational talk designed to inspire confidence and help students begin their new journey on a positive note.

We manage the submission to obtain your Letter of Offer and advise you on processing times, which can vary by institution ranging from same day issuance to a week or more.

Step 4: Genuine Student Requirement (GSR) Process

After receiving your offer letter, we guide you through the Genuine Student Requirement (GSR). We help you compile the necessary documents, such as financial evidence, bank statements, and sponsor details, to meet the institution’s and DOHA's risk assessment levels. We submit these to the institution to secure your unconditional offer letter.

Step 5: Tuition Fee Payment & CoE Request

Once you have your unconditional offer, we guide you in making the initial tuition fee and any other required payments directly to your institution. After payment, the institution will issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), a vital document for your student visa application.

Step 6: Student Visa Preparation & Lodgement

With your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) in hand, our education counsellors collaborate directly with our in-house Registered Migration Agents.
